Rev. Prof. Dr habil. Józef Mandziuk, PhD - professor of humanities, historian of the Catholic Church, a retired researcher at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw (5 Dewajtis St., 01-815 Warsaw, Poland). His research work is mainly concerned with the history of the Church in Silesia, with particular emphasis on bibliophily and church librarianship. He was editor-in-chief of the journal „Saeculum Christianum“.
